Terms of Service

These terms cover the services TruDesign provides. TruDesign ("we", "us") is a trade name of Done Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company; our studio is in St. Petersburg, Florida. By purchasing a care plan or engaging us for project work, you agree to these terms. Where a signed plan agreement or project quote says something more specific, that document wins.

What we provide

We maintain and improve websites — primarily for dietitians, dietetics organizations, and small health practices. Services include monthly care plans (hosting, software and security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and — on Care+ and Organizational — content changes made for you) and one-off project work such as fixes, performance work, accessibility remediation, redesigns, and site takeovers.

Quotes, billing & payment

• Care plans are billed monthly in advance at the price published on trudesign.dev or in your plan agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Project work is quoted in writing before it starts. Anything beyond an agreed scope or a plan's included time is quoted before we begin it — no surprise invoices.
• Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your site stays yours

Your domain, your content, and your site belong to you. Hosting and third-party services we arrange are set up in your name and billed at cost. If you leave, we hand over credentials and help you move — no hostage-taking.

What we need from you

• Accurate access to the site and accounts we're asked to care for, and timely answers when a change needs your sign-off.
• Content you supply must be yours to use. We don't publish material that infringes someone else's rights, and you're responsible for the accuracy of professional or health-related claims on your site.

What we promise — and the limits

• We do the work with reasonable skill and care, and when something we did falls short, fixing it is on us — see the refund policy.
• We can't guarantee a website will never go down or that third-party software will never break; when it does, care-plan sites get restored from backups as a priority.
• Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Ending the relationship

You can cancel a care plan at any time (see the refund policy). We can end a plan with 30 days' notice, and will hand everything over cleanly. We may end an engagement immediately if payment fails repeatedly or the service is used for something unlawful.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date above tells you when we last did, and material changes will be sent to active clients by email.
