Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version: cancel a care plan any time and you won't be billed again. If something we billed is wrong, or your first month of care didn't deliver what we promised, we refund it. Just email hello@trudesign.dev.

Monthly care plans

Care, Care+, and Organizational plans are billed monthly, in advance. There is no contract lock-in.

Cancel any time. Email hello@trudesign.dev and your plan ends at the close of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
First-month guarantee. New to a care plan and it isn't what you expected? Tell us within the first 30 days and we'll refund that first month in full.
Partial months. After the first month, we don't prorate or refund the month already in progress — your plan simply runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Billing mistakes. Duplicate charges, a charge after cancellation, or a wrong amount are refunded in full as soon as we see them or you point them out.

Project work & one-off fixes

Fixes, redesigns, takeovers, and the one-time onboarding assessment are quoted in writing and agreed before any work starts.

Before work starts: any deposit or prepayment is fully refundable.
Once work is underway: if you cancel, you pay only for the work completed to that point; anything prepaid beyond that is refunded.
After delivery: if the delivered work doesn't match what we agreed, we fix it at no charge first. If we can't make it right, we'll refund the portion that fell short.

Hosting & third-party costs

Servers, domains, and other third-party services set up in your name are billed at cost and belong to you. Once a third party has charged for them, we can't refund those costs — but they're yours to keep or move, and we'll help you do either.

How to request a refund

Email hello@trudesign.dev with the charge date and amount. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
