New sites include a one-time onboarding & takeover assessment (from $249) so we start from a clean, safe baseline. It's like digital archaeology, if you're Indiana Jones. Care and Care+ include standard hosting — shared or a base-level server, whichever fits your site. Bigger servers, add-ons, and upgrades are extra: set up in your name, billed at cost, yours for keeps. Care+ time resets monthly and up to one unused hour rolls over. Anything bigger than your included time is quoted before we start, so there are no surprise invoices.
